TEAM BUILDING & COORDINATION on 23/09/2019, 24/09/2019 and 28/09/2019.

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering conducted Team Building Activities for three days on 23rd, 24th and 28th September, 2019.

ACTIVITY 1:

• Students were divided into two teams.
• Each team is made to stand in line one beside the other.
• They should form a chain by holding each other's hands and throughout this activity, the chain should not break.
• The first member to start, the cloth ring should be passed from his body to the next person without touching the cloth by hand and the complete team should pass this cloth ring till the last member.

ACTIVITY 2:

• Students were divided into two teams.
• Each team is made to stand in line one behind the other.
• The first member to start, the material (glass filled with water) should be passed from 1st person to the person behind him and this is to be followed till the glass reaches the last person. Then the last person will run and take over the first position and this procedure is continued till the First person completes the loop and come back to the first position.

ACTIVITY 3:

• Students were divided into two teams.
• Each team has one team leader.
• Except team leader, each team is made to stand in line one behind the other and each one is blind folded.
• The team leader has to instruct other team members to follow certain path (with blind fold) to reach certain points and pick certain items from those points.

ACTIVITY 4:

• Students are blind folded and are made to stand holding a rope whose two ends are tied together to form a loop.
• Having blind folded, by communicating with each other and identifying their positions and distance, they are made to form a pentagon.
